UAERA regulates and monitors the activities of member agencies together with Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development, which is our regulating body that ensures every company is licensed to externalize labour.

UAERA team led by the Chairperson had a meeting with the Rt. Hon. Anitah A. Among Speaker of The Parliament of Uganda in her office on 12th January 2023. A number of issues relating to Labour Externalization were discussed.
